Her goal is to encourage, enlighten and empower her clients through teaching self-hypnosis – intentional, focused mind management techniques as well as visualization. Mary will show you how to direct your thinking to help you drive your thoughts in a positive direction and keep them there.

Within her practice, her specialty is working with clients who have anxiety and stress-related issues. She believes in a heart-centered, whole health approach by creating a stronger foundation from within without drugs.

Learning these techniques have helped Mary on her own healing path through physical and emotional challenges. “I just wanted to write you an email to tell you what a success your hypnosis has been for me… It really worked for me. It’s not just the sleeping part but I feel great as well. It’s like I have a different outlook on things. I’m 55 years old and really was at my wits end.

Thank you so much for the life changer. I’m so glad I went to see you. This might sound crazy but you saved my life. Thanks so much!!!!”
